We collect only the information needed to fulfil a print order, payment or enquiry.
Customer documents are processed only for the requested print job. Partners cannot open customer files. Files use protected storage and are scheduled for deletion after printing or expiry. Payment and order metadata may be retained for accounting, dispute handling and legal compliance.
Users must upload only documents they are authorised to print. Illegal, abusive or copyrighted material used without permission is prohibited. Print availability depends on machine, network, paper and toner status. Failed paid jobs may be retried or refunded after verification.
